Peter, Paul and Phil embark on life after Erinaceous
Former Erinaceous directors Peter Gallagher, Paul Daye and Phil Meakin have begun marketing their newly formed agency P3 Property Consultants LLP.
The trio have written to clients and contacts spelling out the structure and approach of the new Manchester-based business, founded after the three resigned from troubled adviser Erinaceous and were followed by several staff.
The ten-strong firm is based in Bruntwood's Lowry House and will "specialise in acquisition, leasing and disposal brokerage, commercial development, funding and marketing consultancy."
The letter states that P3 is already working with "a number of the local industry heavyweights" and lists around 20 clients from Amstone Developments, Barlows and Brixton to Schroders, Standard Life and Wilson Bowden.
And as for what P3 stands for (the three forenames of the founding partners), there is a light-hearted stab at an alternative explanation: "Well we'd like our clients and friends to think of us as highly professional, very personable and indisputably pre-eminent in what we do."
The company 'tree' has Daye, an industrial agent, Gallagher and Meakin, both office agents, at the top, assisted by Rob Tilley, senior surveyor, Janine Wood and Justin Rouse, associates, and Oliver Prosser, graduate, with administrative support from Maxine Coombs and Jenny Slater, with John Mills in finance.
Their departures last autumn followed a terrible couple of years nationally for Erinaceous, which is still struggling to secure its future and shore up its share price.
