Pegasus relocates to No4 St Paul’s Square

The Liverpool office of planning consultancy Pegasus Group has moved into larger premises in No4 St Paul’s Square, moving out of Bruntwood’s The Plaza.

Pegasus Group has more than 270 staff operating from 12 offices throughout the UK. Its services span the entire project process from planning through to design and delivery.

There are eight members of the Pegasus team in Liverpool, growing from an office which was first established in 2016. Recent appointments include Sheila Wright and Simon Tarr, and the team is headed up by Neil Culkin. Pegasus will occupy 1,300 sq ft in No4 St Paul’s.

Pegasus Group managing director Tony Bateman said: “The North West is a particularly exciting area of growth for us and a move to larger premises plus the appointment of two new directors reinforces our strategy to enhance the service that we offer to clients.”

Recent projects led by the Liverpool office include helping to secure green belt release for housing in Knowsley, and planning consent for St Modwen for a 67,000 sq ft distribution building on Stonebridge Industrial Estate.

The agents on the remaining vacant space within No4 St Paul’s Square are CBRE and Worthington Owen. There’s 33,000 sq ft across three floors available.
