Pegasus Group expands urban design offering into North West

Pegasus Group has welcomed the move of two of its urban designers, adding design expertise to services already provided by its planning and economic teams in the region.

Andrew Ford-Marsden has joined the company’s Manchester team from its East Midlands office. He is currently working with Taylor Wimpey, Redrow Homes, Wallace Land Investments and Patrick Properties.

Steve Williams is moving to the company’s Liverpool office in August from Leeds, and is currently working with a variety of housebuilders including Anwyl, Barratt, Keepmoat and Persimmon Homes.

Both are advising on immediate and strategic residential site promotion, mixed-use sites and are preparing outline masterplans, detailed site layouts, design and access statements, building for life assessments and design codes.

Seb Tibenham, executive director, confirmed he is very encouraged and excited to welcome both Ford-Marsden and Williams to the North West team: “Our existing planning and economic teams have an ever-growing portfolio of projects, including Garden Towns, suburbs and villages. This has resulted in significant opportunities for these two ambitious and talented urban designers.

“Both are excellent at what they do. They have been trained by our well respected urban design and landscape design teams elsewhere in the business and have successfully contributed to our growth. Andrew and Steve helpfully offer a complementary skill set meaning we can now design and promote places of the highest standard within the North West and I’ve no doubt this will be a successful and welcomed service for many of our clients.”
