Peel signs Prometric to Victoria

US-owned staff testing firm Prometric is relocating from Exchange Quay in Salford Quays to Peel Group's nearby office building The Victoria.

Prometric has taken 6,015 sq ft on a five-year lease on the building's seventh floor where it will open a testing centre and office.

The company handles 10 million tests a year on behalf of 400 clients worldwide in the academic, financial, government, healthcare, professional, corporate and information technology markets.

The Manchester office of Colliers International acted for Prometric; Edwards & Co and CBRE acted on behalf of Peel Land & Property.
