Peel lets additional space at Tower Quay

Wirral Metropolitan College has extended its lease and taken a further 3,000 sq ft of office space at the building in Birkenhead.

The additional space now means the college occupy 5,000 sq ft of space at the building on a three year lease for an undisclosed sum.

Located on Tower Road, close to Egerton House, Tower Quay is within half a mile of Birkenhead town centre and within 2.5 miles of junction 1 of the M53 motorway.

David Smith, property manager at Peel, said: "We offer suites here from 690 sq ft to 1,600 sq ft at competitive rates."

Sue Higginson, assistant principal at Wirral Metropolitan College, added: "The college has expanded its employer services department to provide business training solutions for many local employers."

Legat Owen is the agent on Tower Quay. Details of the rental agreement was not disclosed.
