Pannone hires two directors

The firm has swooped on Shoosmiths to make the senior appointments to its real estate and construction teams.

Garry King has joined the real estate team as a director. King, who acts for developers, landlords, tenants and institutional and private investors, worked at DWF before joining Shoosmiths.

Also joining at director level is Neil Armstrong, who has become part of the Pannone construction team. Armstrong specialises in non-contentious construction issues and advises developers, institutional investors and local authorities across the UK. Prior to his time at Shoosmiths, he worked at Weightmans and Addleshaw Goddard.

Paul Jonson, Pannone’s corporate managing partner, said: “Garry and Neil have a wealth of experience and expertise in their respective sectors and are highly regarded in their fields. I am delighted to welcome them both to the firm.

“It has been a busy 12 months for our teams with new client wins and an unparalleled number of transactions. These latest appointments reflect our commitment to invest in our growing commercial property team.”
