Nursery chain debuts in Liverpool

Bertram Nursery Group has signed a 15-year lease to take 10,000 sq ft on the ground floor of the multi-storey car park at Peel Group's Princes Dock in Liverpool.

Liza Marco, property manager at Peel said, "I believe the provision of a day nursery will add to the already vibrant activity at this unique and desirable waterfront location."

Princes Dock contains three office buildings, two hotels – Crowne Plaza and Malmaison – and three apartment towers.

Susan McGhee of Bertram Nursery Group said, "We are thrilled to be opening our first Liverpool nursery within the prestigious Princes Dock development. We are confident that our high quality childcare service will meet the needs of the business population within Princes Dock and the surrounding area."

Bertram operates 31 nurseries around the country.
