Northern Quarter investment comes to market

A mixed-use property in Dorsey Street in Manchester is among the lots for sale at the Eddisons North West auction on Tuesday 16 September.

The fully-let commercial and residential property in the Northern Quarter currently generates rental income of £56,160 a year. The ground floor and basement is let to restaurant Cord, while the upper three floors are arranged as six apartments. The guide price is £775,000 to £825,000.

In total Eddisons has 39 lots for its sale at the Premier Inn in Trafford Park, Manchester.

A part-tenanted commercial property in Urmston town centre, currently generating annual rent of £24,500 is for sale for £175,000 to £200,000.

Two fully let units within the Hawksley Street Industrial Estate in Oldham which generate income of £44,600 a year have a guide price of £375,000 to £400,000.

Other highlights include the site of the former Poet's Corner pub in the Hag Fold area of Atherton. Outline planning permission is in place for the demolition of the existing buildings and the erection of 12 residential properties. The guide is £200,000.

Also available is Europa House, a detached office building on the Adlington Business and Industrial Park in Poynton, Cheshire. The 8,300 sq ft property is priced at £300,000.
