Nolan Redshaw surveyor joins Knight Frank

Knight Frank has appointed David Nuttall as a surveyor in its industrial team based in Deansgate, Manchester.

Nuttall joins from Nolan Redshaw after working for the firm for five years on industrial, office and development schemes across the North West.

At Knight Frank, Nuttall will work with colleagues Rob Taylor and Jane Ravi, head of North West industrial with clients including CBRE Investors, Prupim, CDP and Spencer Holdings.

David Porter, head of North West commercial at Knight Frank, said: "David has a great knowledge of the North West's industrial market, as well as having an excellent handle on the wider property scene, which makes him an excellent fit to our team."
