Nolan Redshaw secures deals for Salford business park

Ainscough Johnston has secured five new lettings at its 48-acre Junction Business Park in Clifton, Salford.

Moda Furniture, New Line Adaptations, Carlick, Lifting Gear UK and Pilkington Tiles occupied space on the site in the last four months, totalling 35,000 sq ft.

Junction Business Park provides a total of approximately 200,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation, 65,000 sq ft of offices and around 7-acres of open storage.

In addition to these lettings, over 5,000 sq ft of office accommodation has been let in the first phase alongside 1.2 acres of open storage to Urban Vision.

Ainscough Johnston acquired Junction Business Park last year and has started work on the second phase of development.

The second phase comprises the subdivision and refurbishment of an 125,000 sq ft industrial unit.

The cost of the first phase letting deals was undisclosed, although competitive rental rates on space available in phase one remains.
