Nolan Redshaw reports deals in Bury and Heywood

Independent surveyor Nolan Redshaw has made a positive start to the New Year, securing two deals in North Manchester; the first at Seddon Development's Axis Point and another at Pilsworth Industrial Estate on behalf of Ash Investments.

Seddon Developments plans to start construction on the first phase of nine, 2,500 sq ft, speculatively built units at Axis Point in Heywood early in 2009. Nolan Redshaw has pre-sold two design-and-build units to commercial kitchen supplier Vision.

In Bury, denture manufacturer, Dentacraft, has taken a unit at Pilsworth Industrial Estate. Two units remain available of approximately 1,000 sq ft.

"Both these units are in good locations," commented Paul Nolan of Nolan Redshaw. "Showing that with good marketing, the right stock in good locations will continue to generate demand, even in a difficult market."
