Nigel Lawrence rebrands with new name

Specialist roadside property surveyor Nigel Lawrence Partnership has changed its name to Hindley Lawrence in Manchester.

Robin Lawrence, a former partner of Nigel Lawrence, said: "Myself and Tony Hindley have decided to go our own way. Nigel Lawrence Partnership is still in existence but the Manchester office has just changed its name."

Lawrence and Hindley established the Manchester office for Nigel Lawrence Partnership, which provides property advice to the roadside and motor trade sector.

The office is located in Barnett House at 53 Fountain Street in Manchester city centre.

Lawrence added: "Myself and Tony are providing the same service under the new name and our clients include Fiat, Euro Garages, the Co-op, and Spar."

The two former partners of Nigel Lawrence have more than 50 years experience of the motor trade and roadside sector between them.

Tony Hindley said: "We were trading for three years under the Nigel Lawrence Partnership name and decided we wanted to trade under our own name. There are now no longer any Nigel Lawrence Partnerships in Manchester. We are concentrating on the northern areas while Nigel Lawrence concentrates on the southern areas. It's just a coincidence Robin's surname is the same as the company name, because he did not help establish the Nigel Lawrence Partnership."

The Nigel Lawrence Partnership was established in 1991 and will continue to operate from its head office in Watford, Hertfordshire.
