Newcomers at Dunlop Heywood

Chartered surveyors Dunlop Heywood has recruited Robert Madden in the Manchester office from CVS and announced a new head of the Leeds office.

Robin Holme joined as head of office in Leeds from Bowman Riley Architects where he founded and headed up the building consultancy division. He was joined by colleague and senior surveyor Robert Catton who was a member of his team at Bowman Riley. They join the eight-strong Dunlop Heywood team based in Thirsk Row.

Madden joined the Police Street office in Manchester and will work in the rating audit department headed up by Aaron McLeod.

The new arrivals will take staffing levels to 37 across the five offices including Belfast and London. Stuart Hicks, director, said: “It has been a great year for the company with double digit turnover growth and that has been reflected in the number of appointments we have made over the summer. Confidence in the commercial property sector is getting stronger and new clients are quickly coming on board across a range of sectors including retail, charitable and transport to name just a few.”

Recent business wins for Dunlop Heywood include Bradford City FC, Able UK, Seatruck Ferries, General Electric, Fever Clubs and First Investment Real Estate.
