New recruit at young planning practice

Manchester-based planning practice Edgeplan has appointed Tom Jeremiah from Capita Property & Infrastructure as planning associate.

Jeremiah joined the practice after four years at Capita Property & Infrastructure where he was an associate within the business development team. He worked on St Silas Primary School in Blackburn and the new Entrust Business Headquarters in Stafford.

Formed in 2012 by ex-GL Hearn director, Steve Edgeller, Edgeplan is an independent planning practice acting on behalf of retail, residential and commercial development clients throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Jeremiah will work alongside Matt Brooke, who is based in Leeds, predominantly on planning applications and Local Plan representations.
