New Care plots Northwich scheme

The developer, part of the McGoff Group, has put forward proposals to build a 70-bed care home alongside five detached homes off Chester Road in Hartford.

The planned scheme will see three existing detached properties off the A559 demolished and replaced with the three-storey care home, delivered over several blocks.

There will also be five four-bed detached houses, each with their own garage, built to the rear of the care home. New Care is proposing separate accesses from Chester Road for the care home and the detached houses.

New Care will develop, build, and operate the care home, and has now submitted an application to Cheshire West & Chester Council for the scheme. The professional team includes transport planner SCP, architect Street Design Partnership, and Garner Town Planning.

The developer is active across the North West, with schemes planned in Wilmslow, Lymm, and Bramhall, as well as completed schemes in Formby, Lytham, and Chester.
