Morris & Spottiswood finishes its fifth Primark
Warrington-based fit-out specialist Morris & Spottiswood completed the £2.8m internal fit-out for discount fashion retailer Primark at The Rock in Bury.
The store is one of the first to incorporate Primark's new concept design which will be used as a model for its next phase of store developments.
The 42,000 sq ft Bury store is the fifth completed for the retailer and saw Morris & Spottiswood take a two-storey new-build shell and return a fully operational store with 32,000 sq ft of retail space along with 10,000 sq ft of utilities and staff areas in 16 weeks.
The Rock, which recently opened to the public, is Bury's 1.6m sq ft mixed use development which will be the largest retail centre to open this year and will provide a new foundation for the regenartion of Bury.
