Minton Group lets office to ANS

Technology solutions company ANS Group has taken a further 4,105 sq ft on the top floor of Synergy House at Manchester Science Park.

ANS agreed on a five year lease at £11.50/sq ft with landlord the Minton Group. The deal involved the surrender of an existing lease by a previous tenant and a full refurbishment undertaken by Preferred Spaces.

ANS has occupied a wing of the building since 2001 and this expansion sees the company now occupy a total of 9,308 sq ft.

Scott Fletcher, chairman and founder of ANS Group, said: "We have doubled our floor area to accommodate our increase in staff numbers from 80 to 120 people over the last 12 months."

Manchester Science Park provides 215,320 sq ft of office and laboratory space and Synergy House is situated off Guildhall Close and near Manchester's university district.

Warrington-based BE Group acted on behalf of ANS Group in the deal. The name of the previous tenant was not disclosed.
