M&G offloads Norfolk House

Knight Frank has completed the sale of Norfolk House in Manchester to Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management by M&G Real Estate for a purchase price of £16.8m.

The property has a capital value of £316/sq ft with a yield of 6.62%.

The prime Grade A office building is situated in Norfolk Street within Manchester's prime core. The property extends to 53,047 sq ft and has 52 car basement parking spaces. Internally the building provides flexible floor plates up to 11,000 sq ft.

Norfolk House is multi-let to Euler Hermes, GVA, Lloyds Bank, Secretary of State for Health and Zurich Insurance.
