Merseyside Developments invests £10m in apartments

Merseyside Developments has spent £10m on a total of 82 off-plan apartments throughout Manchester, Trafford and Hulme.

Some of the properties will be sold on, while others will be kept, adding to the developer's expanding portfolio of investment opportunities.

Brabners Chaffe Street advised the buyer.
