Mason Owen instructed on Liverpool ONE offices

Grosvenor has appointed the office agency team at Mason Owen to replace CBRE alongside retained agents Keppie Massie to market 15,500 sq ft of space.

Compton House and the Russell Building on School Lane have suites from 2,200 sq ft to 3,200 sq ft. Compton House is a five-storey former warehouse built in the 1870s, while the six-storey Russell Building was built in the 1860s. Both underwent full refurbishment during the building of Liverpool ONE.

Mason Owen recently advised Grosvenor on a 22,000 sq ft restaurant letting to Tai Pan on Hanover Street.

Andrew Owen, director of Mason Owen, said: "We are confident the space will attract good levels of interest given the location of the buildings and high quality of the refurbishment that has been undertaken by the Grosvenor team."
