Manchester Science Parks reports new lettings

Manchester Science Parks has signed one new tenant and seen another expand, taking up further space at the Technology Centre site at One Central Park in Collyhurst.

Business coaching company Winning Pitch, which was founded in 2005, has progressed so quickly that it has had to leave its University of Manchester Incubator Company space at The Technology Centre, a joint venture between MSP and UMIC, and has instead taken up 984 sq ft of MSP space at the same venue.

Staff performance improvement firm Foresight Health, which launched in June 2006, has expanded from a single desk in incubator space to occupy 317 sq ft of MSP space at The Technology Centre.

The centre comprises UMIC incubation space and MSP space. Companies based at the hot desks or in incubator space aspire to expand enough to be able to move into MSP space in the centre or at one of its other sites, as MSP offers not only space but also a working community who benefit each other through networking and sharing ideas.
