M2A buys housing plot off-market

M2A Developments has paid three landowners a total of £6m to assemble a residential site in Walkden, Manchester.
The developer will deliver apartments, town houses, semi-detached and detached houses on the land on Holyoake Road. Lambert Smith Hampton advised M2A.
In a separate collaboration agreement, LSH has acted for three private landowners of land at Reddisher Works in Holcolme Brook near Ramsbottom. Bloor Homes has exchanged contracts on the site and will be applying for planning permission for the construction of approximately 38 quality homes.
