Liverpool at MIPIM stand design announced

Marketing Liverpool, part of Liverpool Vision, has revealed the plans for its stand at MIPIM 2015 which will be based around the theme of creating conversations.

MIPIM in Cannes, now in its 26th year, is the world's leading property market event which brings together the most influential players from all the international property sectors. The 2015 event takes place between 10-13 March.

According to Marketing Liverpool, the theme for the stand was taken "from the creative energy and the many imaginative developments that are emerging and capturing the interest of occupiers in the city".

A number of Liverpool MIPIM partners will be speaking on the stand, discussing their projects and research and making business announcements. Animators will be taking visual minutes from the events are they occur.

The stand was designed by Marketing Liverpool designer Ian Slater, and will be built by Tim Hansford of Big Designs.

There are 27 private sector partners signed up as part of the Liverpool MIPIM delegation.

Sean Beech, chairman of MIPIM steering group and head of Deloitte's Liverpool office, said: "The backing from the private sector for this year's MIPIM delegation has been exceptional. We have a really strong theme for the stand and we believe it will really stand out and strike a chord with MIPIM visitors. Liverpool is a very creative city so why not celebrate it? We look forward to taking to the stand and sharing many conversations whilst out in Cannes this year."
