Links properties acquired by Sonomatic
Two vacant properties at The Links in Warrington have been bought by Sonomatic for an undisclosed sum.
Dornoch House and Muirfield House were formerly occupied by Volex and the North West Development Agency respectively. Both had surrendered their leases.
The landlord for the buildings was European real estate investment manager Valad.
The Manchester office of Colliers International acted on behalf of Volex in the disposal of Dornoch House, while JLL's Manchester team disposed of Muirfield House on behalf of the North West Development Agency.
Dornoch House consists of 6,795 sq ft of office space across two floors and Muirfield House has two floors covering a total of 7, 815 sq ft.
The Links Business Park is in Kelvin Close, Birchwood, Warrington and offers easy access to junctions 10 and 11 of the M62 and junction 21A of the M6.
