Lettings completed at Tustin Way in Preston

Tustin Developments has secured two lettings at its speculative industrial development at Tustin Way, off Longridge Road, in Preston East business park.

Electrical supplies company Roskerr has taken 1,000 sq ft and Coffee Logistics has taken 1,750 sq ft. Both firms have agreed five-year leases.

Tustin Way is a development of 14 warehouse and industrial units ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft and is located near Red Scar Business Park.

Danny Pinkus, partner at agents Robert Pinkus & Co, said: "We are in discussions with other companies and we are currently very happy with the level of interest this site is generating, especially given the recent downturn generally in the property market."
