Lettings agreed at Excalibur Way

Two companies have signed to the 90,000 sq ft industrial and warehousing accommodation in Irlam, Salford.

RDF Fencing, which supplies gates and barriers as well as fencing, has agreed on a lease with Flourocarbon for Units 2 and 3, totalling 19,000 sq ft, at £5/sq ft. RDF is relocating from Trafford Park in Trafford.

Courier company FX Sameday has taken 3,500 sq ft Unit 4 at £4/sq ft.

David Nuttall, from Knight Frank, who acted on behalf of Flourocarbon, said: "These latest lettings leave just two units remaining on the site, totalling 41,165 sq ft. We are pleased to have already let three of the units at Excalibur Way and have had strong interest in the remaining two."

Excalibur Way is situated at North Bank Industrial Estate and includes service yards to the rear with designated parking to the front of the premises.
