Lego Education signs with Aviva

Landlord Aviva has agreed an office letting to Lego Education for the third floor of Longus House on Newgate Row in Chester city centre.

Lego Education has taken the 5,469 sq ft unit for five years at an undisclosed rent. Lego Education is a division of the children's toy maker which produces guides for schools and education advisors on different learning systems and teaching methods.
