Langtree completes deals at City Works in Openshaw

Langtree has completed two deals at City Works industrial scheme in Openshaw, Manchester.

BW Flowers has taken 2,663 sq ft unit 17 at Norbury Court, while an unnamed company has acquired 2,696 sq ft unit 18, equating to £5.75/sq ft.

The 57,000 sq ft Norbury Court comprises 17 units ranging from 2,600 sq ft to 22,000 sq ft and are offered on a flexible basis both for sale and to let.

Alex Smylie, a senior surveyor for DTZ, agents for the scheme, said: "Both deals were complete last month and another three or four units are under offer."

Norbury Court was completed in April this year after the 100,000 sq ft first phase of City Works was announced fully let at the end of last year.

P3 Property Consultants are joint agents.
