KPMG appoints fit-out firm for new HQ

One St Peter's Square is nearing completion with contractor ISG securing a 63,000 sq ft fit-out brief for anchor tenant KPMG.

In a stock market statement ISG said St Peter's Square was one of four contracts it had won in the past month, with a total value of £70m.

KPMG agreed a 15-year lease on 63,000 sq ft across the top three floors of the 270,000 sq ft building, speculatively developed by Argent and the Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund.

ISG said its other contract wins were a 140,000 sq ft fit out of the new UK headquarters for legal firm, CMS Cameron McKenna, at Cannon Place in the City of London, an 80,000 sq ft project in the "Walkie-Talkie" building in Fenchurch Street, and a 135,000 sq ft office scheme at the Bedfont Lakes business park in Middlesex for BP.
