Keppie Massie hires to keep pace with CIL work

Liverpool-based property consultant Keppie Massie has recruited Ryan Barnhill from developer Capital & Centric as a surveyor within its regeneration and strategic development department.

At Keppie Massie he will specialise in economic viability instructions particularly the assessment of S106 contributions and Community Infrastructure Levy charging rates, including Keppie Massie's recent appointment to advise Wirral Council on its CIL.

Ged Massie, partner of Keppie Massie, said: "The formulation and implementation of planning and development policy needs to be carefully considered to enable sustainable development not only in the immediate term, but also during the lifecycle of planning policy. A thorough knowledge of development viability underpins this and we are delighted that Ryan has joined the team given his experience within this field."
