Kenyon joins DTZ

DTZ in Manchester has appointed Andrew Kenyon to its residential team as a senior surveyor.

Kenyon has joined the firm from Reginald Cook & Co in Salford, where he worked throughout the North West dealing with residential and commercial valuation.

His new role will cover residential investment, land agency, consultancy and viability appraisals for national house builders, along with residential portfolio valuations for secured lending purposes.

Derek Nesbitt, DTZ's residential director, said: "We are pleased to welcome Andrew to the team, he brings valuable experience in residential valuations and we look forward to working with him."
