Keer Park for sale at £2.8m

A 204,208 sq ft former TDG distribution facility in Carnforth in Lancashire has been brought to the market.

Keer Park is an 11.1-acre site located one mile from junction 35 of the M6 motorway on Warton Road, immediately to the west of Carnforth town centre, and has potential for redevelopment.

Stephen Wade, a director at Legat Owen, who was instructed to market the site, said: "The site is available on a freehold or leasehold basis but preferably we are looking for a sale. We will consider offers in the region of £2.8m for the freehold. The motorway links, combined with the sites proximity to the Port of Heysham, make this a key logistics site."

The disposal is being managed on behalf of a private vendor by Celtic Asset Management.

Norbert Dentressangle completed a £200m takeover of transport and logistics company TDG in March this year.
