DESIGN ENGINEER (BUILDING SERVICES)

Mechanical or Electrical (Chartered or progressing to Chartered)

Salary: £27k to £33k+ BUPA + Stakeholder Pension scheme

Established in 2002, we are a Low Carbon Building Services Consultancy based in the centre of Manchester. Our company has a strong reputation for innovation and providing commercial low carbon design solutions to the building services industry. We are proud to have been crowned award winners of both the "Builder & Engineer" Consulting Engineer of the Year in 2013 and the CIBSE Building Performance Awards 2014 – Building Services Consultancy of the Year (up to 100 employees).

We work with a diverse and impressive public and private client base and we enjoy positions on a range of Frameworks together with a high degree of client retention. Throughout the recession we have grown and established a geographical presence with a second office in Liverpool City Centre.

Brian Morris, our founder and MD takes a personal interest in your application. We will give you responsibility for providing our clients with an holistic and strategic approach to M&E building services and the energy, carbon and life cycle cost implications of our designs.

Here you will have the freedom to apply your established M&E experience as one of our Project Managers together with our team of highly proficient professionals.
