JOB | Conveyancing Manager

Our client is a well-established property based law firm in Greater Manchester looking to strengthen its residential conveyancing department with the recruitment of an ambitious fee earner capable of dealing with a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish with minimum supervision.

Key tasks would include what you would ordinarily expect from an experienced conveyancer including conducting and reporting on relevant searches including title, drafting and preparing appropriate contracts and statements, exchange and completion. Administrative assistance will be provided to allow fee earners to concentrate on the more technical aspects of transactions. Experience of supervising more junior team members would be helpful as would be experience of volume transactions.
