JOB: Chairman, Weaver Valley Board

Salary: £10,000 a year

Weaver Valley PartnershipWe are looking to recruit a dynamic person to chair the Weaver Valley Board. The board has been established for four years and has played a leading role in the regeneration of the Weaver Valley Towns of Northwich, Winsford and Middlewich providing a better future for their communities. Committed to economic investment and promotion of the Weaver towns, the Board wishes to drive forward the growth agenda by creating a prosperous, economically resilient and environmentally sustainable area that is attractive to residents, visitors, businesses and investors.

It is likely that the successful candidate will come from the private sector and will have leadership experience at Chair and / or board level with a high-profile organisation. He / she will have an enthusiasm for economic growth and regeneration and will have skills and experience to be able to develop strong alliances, and working relationships with both private and public organisations and companies.
