JLL hires GVA asset manager

Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Paul Murray as a senior surveyor in its property and asset management team in Manchester.
Murray joins from GVA and brings with him over five years' of property and asset management experience working with institutional and corporate, landlord and tenant clients.
At JLL he will manage a portfolio of properties for clients including Standard Life Investments, Burford and receivership clients.
Heather Morrey, head of Jones Lang LaSalle's property and asset management team in Manchester, said: "Paul's appointment will prove to be valuable to our management business, further strengthening the team and our market position in the North West."
