Invista Foundation Property has signed four new retail tenants at Victoria Plaza on Oxford Street, Bolton.
O2, the mobile phone retailer, has taken a 4,476 sq ft unit over two floors on a new 15-year lease at an annual rent of £130,000.
SportsDirect.com has signed a new 15-year lease for a three-storey shop, comprising 31,350 sq ft at £220,000 a year.
Costa, the coffee retailer, has acquired a shop over two floors totalling 1,553 sq ft at £90,000 a year on a 15-year lease.
Optical Express, the opticians, has signed a 15-year lease on a 4,315 sq ft store at an annual rent of £130,000.
