Insurance broker signs on King Street

WHR Property Consultants has acquired 5,013 sq ft at 82 King Street in Manchester on behalf of insurance brokers, Caunce O'Hara, on a 10-year lease at £25/sq ft with landlord F&C Reit.

The insurance brokerage is currently based in City Wharf in New Bailey Street and was keen to remain in Manchester city centre in larger premises.

Alex Russell, Associate Partner at WHR comments: "We worked closely with Caunce O'Hara to understand its requirements and after identifying a shortlist of possible buildings, 82 King Street was deemed the ideal solution for the expanding company."

GVA and Jones Lang LaSalle acted on behalf of F&C Reit.
