Innovate fills up with three signings
Northern Trust has now fully let its refurbished Innovate @ Conway House development, which is designed to provide smaller firms with flexible space.
Northern now plans to expand the Innovate initiative to other buildings on the Ackhurst Business Park, near Chorley.
Three new lettings within Conway House include Quality Course and Restorative Approaches in Housing, who have moved into suites C2 and C3 respectively.
Conway House has been sub-divided to provide a range of small office suites from 254 sq ft upwards. The building comprises 1,690 sq ft across five suites.
Charges for heating, water, maintenance and service are all included in one monthly bill.
Whittle Jones acted on behalf of Northern Trust in the latest lettings.
Andrew Lovell, regional property manager at Whittle Jones North West, said: "We have been delighted with the success of Innovate @ Conway House, and are now looking to expand the scheme on the estate.
"The office suites are finished to a very high standard and they offer affordable space on flexible terms, providing the ideal solution for start-up and small businesses looking for quality office space."
Joint agents at Ackhurst Business Park are Whittle Jones, Jones Lang LaSalle and Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons.
