Hurstwood unveils plans for Preston business centre

The property investor wants to create a small business centre at Marshall House in the city centre.

The location is adjacent to the City's Court buildings and close to the main shopping streets and bus station.

The smallest suites will measure 250 sq ft, just three desks, and the largest will be 770 sq ft, or 10 desks.

All offices will be available unfurnished or furnished at no extra charge.

Mark Carling, sales director at Hurstwood, said: "We have received several enquiries for small office suites in the city centre over the past few months and until now we have been unable to accommodate them.

"Marshall House is a fantastic landmark and the building benefits from a manned reception, 24-hour access and great quality office space."
