Howcroft moves back to Hallams

Anthony Howcroft, associate partner at WHR Property Consultants in Manchester, is returning to Hallams Property Consultants as an equity partner.

Howcroft worked at Hallams from 2003 to 2009, before joining WHR's office agency team.

He will now take a leadership role within Hallams, continuing his specialism in office agency and working alongside founder Jack Hallam and partner Roy Parker. He officially joins the firm on Wednesday 1 April.

Hallams is based in Macclesfield and has a Deansgate office in Manchester.

Howcroft's departure follows that of Josh Levy, who moved from WHR to Lambert Smith Hampton as associate director in December.

WHR's office agency is headed up by partner Rupert Barron who joined from Colliers International in December, alongside development advisor Peter Skelton. The team also includes surveyor Harry Skinner.
