Housing association takes 14,000 sq ft Old Trafford office

Targetfollow has let a 14,000 sq ft office in Metropolitan House, City Park to St Vincent's Housing Association.

Other tenants who have taken space this year at the refurbished building include Bankruptcy Protection Fund, which took 2,560 sq ft, Hanjin Shipping, 1,603 sq ft, and Rehab Works 972 sq ft.

Andrew Peak of joint letting agent GVA Grimley in Manchester, said: "Recent occupier activity in the Old Trafford area has been very encouraging and the spate of deals already completed shows confidence in the product Targetfollow has produced. This means that we now only have 5,869 sq ft available at Metropolitan House."

Early this year Stockport council granted planning permission for Targetfollow's £100m Grand Central mixed-use development and the developer said plans are being progressed.

GVA Grimley and Cushman & Wakefield are joint agents on Metropolitan House.
