Hourigan Connolly on the move
Independent planning and development consultants Hourigan Connolly today relocated to Workshop Properties' Swan Square development in Manchester's Northern Quarter.
Hourigan Connolly was formed in summer 2009 by former Colliers colleagues Marc Hourigan and Daniel Connolly. The consultancy was previously based in St James's Court, Brown Street.
Daniel Connolly said further recruits would be joining soon. He added: "This is an exciting time to work at Hourigan Connolly. Marc and I have managed to grow our business organically in testing times thanks to a track record of providing commercially aware advice to a loyal and diverse client base. We now have an established team of professionals and support staff and are moving to facilitate further expansion.
"This move represents the culmination of a three-year plan, which sees the company on a sound footing. We now look forward to continuing the hard work in a vibrant and emerging area of the city."
