John Holmes, head of planning at Hill Dickinson, said: "We have been extremely busy in planning recently, so we made the decision to appoint a new solicitor. Loraine has already made a valuable addition to the team and we are extremely pleased that as a firm, we were in a position to be able to expand the department, so that we can continue to service our growing client base."

Adams said: "Hill Dickinson is a highly respected, established firm in the North West, with an enviable reputation. This is a real opportunity for me to contribute to the continued success of the planning team at Hill Dickinson.
