Henderson signs truck repairer in Warrington

CBRE has let the final vacant unit at Chesford Grange in Warrington having agreed a five-year lease at £4.25/sq ft for 9,090 sq ft with Goodyear Dunlop Tyres.

Chesford Grange, owned by Henderson UK Property Fund, is a multi-let industrial estate close to junction 21 of the M6 with refurbished units ranging from 8,000 sq ft to 21,000 sq ft. Other occupiers include Bunzl Cleaning & Hygiene Supplies, Sidhil, Horizon Platforms and Sound Global.

The unit will be occupied by Truckforce, a subsidiary of Goodyear Dunlop Tyres, which provides emergency truck and breakdown assistance. The firm is set to relocate from its previous depot in Ditton Road in Widnes.

Darren Hill, senior surveyor at CBRE, said: "The success of the estate is testament to its excellent location close to the motorway network, which suited Goodyear Dunlop, as well as the landlord's ability to accommodate their specific requirements quickly."

Savills was the joint letting agent. CP Bigwood advised Goodyear Dunlop Tyres.
