HCA extends delivery panel tender deadline
The Homes & Communities Agency has extended the deadline for submissions to join its framework of delivery partners by an extra week to 24 August.
A Northern framework will cover the North East, North West and Yorkshire and Humberside. There will also be Midlands and Southern frameworks.
Up to a dozen companies will be picked for each regional panel, providing services in finance, design, construction, sales/lettings and marketing of properties. Framework members will be responsible for securing sales of the completed homes.
The frameworks will last for three years. The HCA is making the frameworks open for procurement use by Regional Development Agencies, Local Authorities, Urban Regeneration Companies, Urban Development Corporations and Registered Social Landlords.
