Hat-trick of tenants for central Liverpool office

The lettings at St Nicholas House on the corner of Chapel Street and Old Churchyard total 9,000 sq ft and were brokered by estate agency Matthews & Goodman.

The clients were secured on behalf of Millbank Properties, which owns the building. The tenants include Canter Levin & Berg solicitors, Liverpool Business Improvement District (BID), and Accountable Recruitment.

The new office suites, which were previously vacant, are on part of the ground, second, fifth and sixth floors. Two suites remain vacant in the 23,000 sq ft building.

The property, whose property manager is also Matthews & Goodman, is due to undergo a refurbishment this year that would include a reception and upgraded common areas, and new exterior branding.

Lynn Haime, partner at Matthews & Goodman, said: “It’s testimony to the quality of the building and great location that we were able to convert this level of interest during lockdown.

“Everyone involved worked hard to get the lettings over the line and the fit outs completed, allowing the businesses to be fully operational as quickly and safely as possible.”
