Harbert lets spec shed at Heywood

Harbert European Real Estate Fund III, represented by Savills, has let the 70,000 sq ft Unit H1 at Heywood Point to Moran Logistics.

Heywood Point is a speculatively developed scheme of two units within Heywood Distribution Park, made up of H1 and H2, which are 70,000 sq ft and 150,000 sq ft respectively.

Moran Logistics will join existing occupiers including Argos, DFS, Eddie Stobart and Wincanton at Heywood Distribution Park.

Alex Palfreyman, associate director in the industrial team at Savills Manchester, said: “Heywood Distribution Park is one of the best known and most established parks in the North West, offering high quality accommodation and a rich mix of tenants. We are extremely pleased to welcome Moran Logistics to the park.”

Bishop Property Consultants advised Moran.

Savills is jointly instructed at the park with B8RE and CBRE.
