Hair loss clinic occupies Castlefield office

Castlefield Estates has let 1,900 sq ft to White Cliffs Hair Studio at the Eastgate building in Castlefield, Manchester.

The hair loss clinic, which specialises in hair loss products for men and women, has agreed a ten year lease for an undisclosed sum.

James Raspin, surveyor at DTZ, which is joint letting agent on Eastgate, said: "We have worked closely with Castlefield Estates to secure the successful letting at Eastgate, highlighting the continued demand for offices at Castlefield. Tenants are attracted to the offices, made up of Bass Warehouse, Eastgate and Merchants Warehouse, because they offer character features and large open floor plates with a host of onsite amenities."

Colliers CRE, recently rebranded to be known as Colliers International UK, is joint letting agent on the building.
