Gerald Eve adds to ratings team

Property consultancy Gerald Eve has strengthened the business rates team in its Manchester office with the appointment of James Swann, formerly of PwC and BNP Paribas Real Estate, as associate.

He has advised on a large and varied portfolio of properties throughout the UK and strengthens an established rating team with a large regional and national client base within both the public and private sectors.
